A marvelous Yin Yoga flow focused on the lower body to restore tired legs and refresh our life energy. Our legs and feet are often overlooked in their role as the part of our body that connects us to the earth and allows us to move freely around. 

We not only ‘ground’ through our legs but we draw life energy (chi) from the ground up through our legs into our torso. This is especially important in all standing and balancing yoga practices.

Therefore do not underestimate the power that comes through a regular practice of taking care of your legs and feet. This class is an excellent practice to learn that.
