The harmony of spinal rotations and extensions paired with deep leg stretches and strengthening exercises are resulting in a feeling of length and expansion in your entire body. 

It is a well rounded antidote to long hours of sitting on your desk or a stressful day running around.

  • Forward Fold with variation for deep hamstring explorations with rotations
