Yoga & Flexibility Part 1
In Yoga flexibility is a central theme, yet so often misunderstood, because of a lack of foundational education of what flexibility is and how to understand it in our own body. Today’s video presents part 1 of a multipart series about the fundamentals of flexibility. There is so much to explore, and I will over the course of this year often come back to this important topic. Although we are going deeper into the complexities that flexibility has to offer, I have tried to explain it in a way that includes everybody, the beginner yoga practitioner as well as the yoga professional.
