In this yoga class we stimulate the physical body from the inside out, just like a massage. The flowing movements facilitate an energy flow throughout the entire body. Linking deep breaths with our strengthening stretches will harmonize our physical, mental and emotional energy and leave you feel balanced and recharged.

On a physical level we focus on shoulder girdle and upper body in the first part and hips and spine in the second part of our practice.
