A beautiful Slow Flow class containing several Yoga asanas and preparatory movements to stimulate the entire body and enhance vitality and ease of movement. The slow movements target our soft tissues and fascia as well as the parasympathetic nervous system.
Aim to repeat it regularly, especially when you are tired or unmotivated. This practice will leave you relaxed yet energized at the same time. Following asanas and exercises are practiced, the terminology of the Yin Yoga tradition is used:
