The principle of activating the upper core to elongate, lengthen and erect our spine greatly improve your posture and spark energy for confidence in body and mind. It counteracts the many hours of hunching and crunching all of us are exposed to in our modern sedentary lifestyle.

The main Asanas this class helps to improve and advance are upward facing dog and pigeon pose. You will experience how the preparatory stretching of the front of your legs (hip flexors and quads) help assist in those backbends.

This class will leave you recharged, balanced and additionally open all channels for improved breathing.

Enjoy!
