Another energetic class utilizing movement enhancing exercises and explorations to help our physical body move with strength and ease. The first 30 min are a vinyasa style flow warm-up for the upper and front body followed by a section of deep movement work for our hips and core. 

We dive into several hip mobility exercises which are a marvelous foundation to improve all your yoga asanas followed by CARs (Controlled Articular Rotations) in tabletop position, which move the hip joint in all available directions and contribute greatly to the health of your hip. Lastly we use a chair to increase hip flexion in standing position which both strengthens, stabilizes and improves your balance. A fabulous sequence to improve your balancing 

This class is a wonderful practice to maintain or improve hip health. The reason why many feel stiff and tight in the hips/legs is because often the body lacks the necessary stability in posture and movement. 

This class will make you feel more limber by strengthening and stabilizing hips, core and legs rather than stretching them.
