30 min slow meditative flow style warm-up followed by selected Yin Yoga poses that are held for 3-5 min focusing on the lower back and sacral area of our body. These long held postures are designed to teach us find balance and peace a physical position that might feel uncomfortable and challenging. 

They are also designed to counter balance our sedentary lifestyle.

Yin Yoga trains our soft tissue (fascia), our joints and muscular system in a different way than our regular exercises do. The nervous system can calm down, deep breathing facilitates relaxation and we feel renewed and balanced after class. It trains our mind to stay present and BE with what IS in any given moment in time.

It also facilitates deep breathing for an enhanced life energy and radiant health.
