slow meditative Yin Flow practice working your way from standing movements to the ground, culminating in hip-opening poses on the ground. 

Starting with a 30 min opening warming slow flow focusing on deep breathing accompanied with calm meditative movements. We then transition into a Yin centered practice with long deep holds. 

Following Asanas or exercises are contained in this beautiful calm practice:
