A marvelous slow flowing yoga practice focusing on spinal rotations and hip mobility to counter balance our sedentary daily lifestyle and infuse fresh energy into the subtle body which controls our emotional state of being.

The power of spinal rotations for our wellbeing is often overlooked and therefore I dedicated a whole class to it. We start with a 15 min visualization calming our nervous system followed by NADI SHODANA (= alternate nostril breath), which is a cleansing and balancing yogic practice.

Then we focus on our spinal rotations exploring how rotations feel in different planes: vertical, horizontal, standing, seated. 

You will also experience how the hip muscles, gluteus group, and upper leg muscles all influence how mobile and free we feel in our spine.
