Be invited to explore a  YANG/YIN FLOW yoga class incorporating practices from both active (heating) and passive (cooling) energy systems. 

The first 30 min we will warm with a more vigorous active flow focusing on leg & core strength with rotational components. The exercises are excellent to improve all standing Asanas and give our hips and legs the necessary movements to invite the entire hip joint in all directions.

We then move on to more long held (YIN) poses and focus on stretching our hips and legs.

We end this class in VIPARITA KARANI = ‘legs up against the wall’, a calming yoga pose from the RESTORATIVE yoga branch.
