A beautiful harmonizing and grounding flow yoga class for the entire body. 

A variety of different Asanas is connected by slow deliberate and attentive transitional movements making this a continuous movement experience. 

I choose ‘strengthening stretches’, which will train to stabilize the body while reaching for a large ‘range of motion’ (ROM), which helps us not feel tight and counteract long periods of sitting in our daily life.

A good balance of standing Asanas and mobility exercises will leave you feeling grounded and confident.

Explore following asana practices in this class:

  • Squats variations (with rotation)
  • Side body stretches (side bending)
  • Hamstring, quadriceps and chest stretches
  • Warrior 1 and 2 variations
  • Hip Asanas focusing on external rotations (cow face pose/bound angle pose)
  • Seated twist
  • Shavasana

 

You will feel energized but calm after class. Practice anytime.
