This slow yet strong class is a marvelous class to explore the deeper levels of your own movements in your yoga practice. The intention and focus is on ‘feeling’ the Asanas/exercises/movements and learning body awareness along the way. Too often we fall into ‘autopilot’ mode if we have practiced for a while and it stops our ability to hone the awareness with which we practice movements. As a result we do not grow further in our practice and stay stuck.

In this class I guide you to more awareness of HOW you attend your movements. So please concentrate intently on observing and exploring and awakening to HOW you really practice.
