A beautifully calm and grounding Yin Yoga class practiced mostly on the floor. This allows you to have less muscular activation, resulting in a release of unwanted tension and stress. 

We stimulate the spine and hips which energetically might feel like a ‘weight falling of your body’. We often hold tension in our hips, not only as a result of daily physical posture but also of ‘unresolved emotional energies’. This class helps to release and restore. Deep breathing adds to renewed energy and will leave you feel restored after class.
