challenging core-centered yoga flow practice inviting you to push past your comfort zone. This is a full body training focused on learning how to activate your core in different kinds of asanas. This class is active and energizing, you will sweat and feel the burn in all areas of your body. It generate an energy which is called ‘tapas’ in yogic philosophy, and simply translated means ‘heat or glowing energy’. Often times this practice is associated with ‘burning of impurities or illuminating the imperfections of one’s own personality’. 

Be prepared to challenge yourself physically and mentally.

 Among other exercises you will find following asana practices in this class:

  • Bird-dog from tabletop 
  • Side plank variations
  • Kneeling lunge with rotations (twist) variations
  • Crunches with variations

 

Expect to be glowing after class (just like me 😁).
