A marvelous energetic but calm class utilizing strengthening stretches in a flow style practice. After a thorough warm-up we move along in different exercises focusing on core awareness in the most fundamental way. All exercises root from the core (= our torso) and spread into the ‘periphery’ (= our limbs) when we train our body as a whole. 

Learn in this class how the spine and core are connected and feel the stability and balance that comes from learning how to move our torso during our yoga practice.
